Diocesan Bishop, Rector

Bishop Rob Northwood

Bishop Northwood was consecrated bishop of the Diocese of the Mid Atlantic States in March of 2019. He is the Rector and Founder of the Cathedral Church of Reconciliation and has been in ministry since just before it's founding. He is gifted as a pastor and administrator and operates in the gifts of healing and deliverance. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Bel Air, Maryland, and have six children and five grandchildren.

Father Jeff McFillin

Father Jeff McFillin has faithfully served the Cathedral Church of Reconciliation for many years. He leads our Thursday evening Mass at 6:00 PM. He serves one Sunday a month at our mission in Pigtown, Baltimore, and ministers on the streets in the surrounding neighborhood there. He is the devoted husband of Laura McFillin, the father of seven children and grandfather of two grandchildren and lives in Bel Air, Maryland. Come and visit the Thursday evening Mass at 6:00 PM to hear him preach!

Priest and Men's Minister

Father Samuel Foss

Father Samuel Foss cut his teeth as a youth minister in the United Methodist Church and has faithfully served the church in a variety of manners, including men's ministry, healing ministry, greeting, and serves on several councils. Father Samuel is husband to Trinity Foss and father to his son and lives in Bel Air, Maryland. Come and visit the Tuesday morning Mass at 6:00 AM to hear him preach!

Deacon Mark Carico

Deacon Mark Carico was ordained in November of 2018. He has served the Cathedral Church Reconciliation since its formation over 24 years ago, as a minister, nursing home minister, leader, small group leader, council member, and friend. Deacon Mark is husband to the lovely Sally Carico and father to 6 wonderful children and currently lives in Forest Hill, Maryland.

Deacon Caleb Northwood

Deacon Caleb Northwood was ordained a deacon in 2020 and will be ordained a priest in the Charismatic Episcopal Church. He serves as a praise team leader, chaplain, and much more. He is husband to Amber Northwood and lives in Forest Hill, Maryland.

Deacon Eli Northwood

Deacon Elijah (Eli) Northwood was ordained a deacon in 2021. You may see him leading the youth ministries, praise, playing bass or serving in some other capacity!
